Mahi-mahi is a fast-growing species, with both females and males normally reaching sexual maturity within their first year of life. The spawning season typically occurs two or three times per year, with females producing anywhere between 80,000 and 1,000,000 eggs during each spawning season.
Salty Sisters Designs is a collaborative product of family, friends and fishermen all over the world. We offer sustainable jewelry using fish skin leather. Each piece is unique, and all fish are ethically caught, hand-cut, cured and designed. No two pieces are alike, and no fish is caught for the sole purpose of the skin.
Proper care will help preserve your resin jewelry for years to come. Resin is sensitive to scratching and oils. Protect your wears by allowing skin to dry of cosmetics and store hanging.
